Feet are tend to suffer most compared with our body parts. Feet carry all our body weight. They bring us anywhere. To happy them is not enough by giving them shoes or sandals. Walking tones our hearth and lungs and so boosts our energy. It lowers cholesterol level, burn calories and therefore helps us to lose weight.

How to entertain feet?

Happy feet make happy people. If feet can bring us wherever we want, they have make people happy. These are some ways to happy feet:

Massage, by award them with tension, that is recharges their power to carry our body. Give them tenderly touch, as baby feel more comfortable with your softly touch so that your feet enjoy the tenderly massage.
Pedicure, a pedicure is not simply the pursuit of vanity. Include a foot soak, nail trim, which prevents in growing toenails and removal of hard skin and calluses which could, if left, lead to corn. Feet and calves massaged with cream and oil if skin is particularly dry. Use olive oil base. Painted nails look shiniest and last longest if they get a clear undercoat, two coats of color and a clear top coat. Polish takes at least 15 minutes to dry.

Cool down hot feet with peppermint and aloe vera gel rub.
Soothe tired feet with a vegetable oil massage spiked with clove oil which has anesthetic properties. Best base oils for feet include avocado, olive and sesame.
Soak your feet in warm water laced with pine, tea tree and eucalyptus oils to banish odours.
Exercise and strengthen your foot muscles by rolling each foot over a tennis ball while sitting down.
Detoxify your whole body with a ten minutes foot soak in warm water containing two tablespoons of rock salt, follow with an oil massage.
Avoid bunions and ankle problems and ditch your high heels. If possible, wear them sparingly. Keep infections away and change your tights and socks everyday. Make sure they, like your shoes, are never too small. Let your feet breathe whenever you can.

Yesterday, I was so pity! Why? Yeah, I was felt down from my motorcycle. However, I was still lucky because I felt down when the motorcycle not run very fast so that there is no bleed injury on me more ever I wore my coat. Thank's God!
Several hours after, I feel something strange on my left hand and also on my right ribs. Something that not make me comfortable. What happen on my hand and body? These came to my mind. Oh no, my wife should not to know this. She will prefer to anger on me than to advice me. Uhhhh.

Well, I should go to my favorite spa and enjoy the massage. I will get better after. Yes, I went and have the treatment. For an hour spa treatment, I enjoyed it very much. I enjoy the touch, the massage oil, the aromatherapy and I enjoy that I am getting better, now.

Massage is the good healing method where the nerves refreshed and stimulated to work better. Muscles reloaded with new energy. Finally minds will get healthier.

The volcanic island of Bali is home to mineral-rich clays. Always used for cellulite. And diet, drink lot of water, dry skin brushing, swimming and yoga all help from cellulite.

3 tbsp Balinese clay
3 tbsp sea salt
water

Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients with little of water that enough for light paste.
